To Banburry Green - Kayaking Skaha Lake KayakLog: 05-19-2014

Kayaking on Skaha Lake today was amazing! Blue sky and some clouds, very warm I think about 25c
Paddled from the N/E corner of Skaha following the shoreline North then South along the West side of the lake to BanburryGreen Tent & RV park (Kaleden area) then across the lake to the DogBeach and back up to the N/E corner of the lake. Took about 4 hours snapping photos along the way.

Poison Ivy along the shoreline on the West side is taking over in many areas.

 The DogBeach has the beautiful sounds of the RedWinged Blackbirds

KAYAKING - "To Banburrygreen" Skaha Lake February23rd2013

 

Had a great day paddling on Skaha Lake today. We paddled to Banburrygreen Campground and back to the N/E corner of the lake. Lots of sun today and yes.. the mosquitoes are out already.. must be spring only 23 days till "Official" Spring date but today was a great start even though it started to hail.

Sickle Point Kayaking today Aug19th 2012

Today was another beautiful day for a paddle, Kathy wanted to fish and I wanted to sail so we headed out for some relaxation on the lake. Paddled to Banburry Green then to Sickle Point. took a break then paddled back. Good times nice 11km paddle in total.

 

 

After a day of paddling we set out for a short evening paddle.
