Kayaking on Skaha Lake April 28th 2013

 Enjoyed a relaxing paddle on Skaha Lake this afternoon. Nice to unwind from a busy weekly schedule.

Many people out on their beaches today just enjoying the sunny breaks through the somewhat overcast sky as we paddled by.

 The creeks are beginning to swell with Spring Runoff, as they flow into Skaha Lake down here in the valley.

 The Red-Winged Blackbirds are out singing in the cat-tails along the dog beach, you can here them in the video.

"Evening Paddle" Skaha Lake - KAYAKING Log: April1st2013

The lake was so calm and the sun was shining bright.
Temp on the beach said over 23c. the past few days really has felt like Spring.

Kathy's daughter Katie joined us for the paddle to the Dog Beach and back along the East side of Skaha Lake's North end.

Kathy McA was using the Swann Freestyle HD waterproof video camera Paddling her 17' Current Designs "STORM".

Katie was paddling the 13' Tomahawk

GuyThaLizard using the Kodak PlaySport Zx5 HD with a fisheye lens and the Kodak C123 waterproof cameras. Paddling the Wilderness Systems Tsunami 145.
