Marina area Okanagan Lake Partly cloudy 17°C Wind: N 56 km/h Wind gusts: 83 km/h Will have to pass on the kayaking this afternoon. Fire/Rescue boat just headed out on the water I believe to save a boater. Water is splashing 20' over the breakwater at the marina.
