Stand up paddle surfing (SUP) or "Hoe he'e nalu"

"SUP" dewd! Stand-Up-Paddle surfing or SUP for short. Lessens and rentals on S/E shores of Okanagan Lake in Penticton. I have never tried it but it looks like a great core work-out and they seem to be enjoying it!
