ShuswapKayaks & KAYAKokanagan meet to paddle N.Okanagan Lk. June12/11

ShuswapKayaks and KAYAKokanagan meet to paddle the North/West branch
of Okanagan Lake.

It was fantastic to meet ShuswapKayaks (Matt) and see his great humour
and knowlage after all this time of internet chatting/messaging,
sharing GPS info, ideas, maps and photos etc. of great areas to paddle
in the Shuswap and Okanagan Valley. Enjoyed an awesome day of paddling
with him and his friend "H" (sorry forgot to get permission to add H's
name) exploring an area of the North end of Okanagan Lake that I have
wanted to explore for quite some time.

This area is quite different than the South end of the lake. We, in
the South end have mostly rock cliffs and clay hoodoo's desert area
where as the North is mostly fields of marsh/swamp-lands and meadows.
The bird wildlife on this end was really quite something.

Kayakers: Matt, H., Robin Dunham and Guy Hoffman (aka: GuyThaLizard)

Beautiful day kayaking! Paddled the North East side of the Lake.

Here are some of my photos of the day!
